Lead times depend on production tier. Hand-shaped: 10–14 weeks. Computer-cut: 6–9 weeks. Ghost-shaped: 4–6 weeks. Mexico-made: 3–5 weeks. We confirm the exact window before any deposit clears.

Because they are made differently. A hand-shaped board, a CNC-roughed board, a ghost-shaped board and a Mexico-made board are not the same object. We mark them so the buyer knows what they are paying for and what they are getting.

No. Custom orders take a 40% deposit at confirmation. The balance is due before the board ships. Stock boards are paid in full at checkout.

Worldwide. Shipping fees and customs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Hand-shaped boards travel in a custom-built crate; expect a higher freight cost.

Up until the foam is touched, yes — your deposit is refunded minus a 10% admin fee. Once shaping starts, the deposit is non-refundable.

Ask. The configurator covers six core models, but the bay has shaped a lot of one-offs. Use the contact form with your dimensions and intent — Jeff replies personally on custom requests.

Two reasons. First, the configurator should belong to McCallum, not to a third-party file format. Second, the buyer should see the actual board they are ordering, not a generic schematic. Our 3D viewer runs on real meshes per model.

Because that combination doesn't exist as a McCallum shape. Hover the option to see why — usually it's a fin setup that doesn't match the tail, or a tier that the model isn't built in.

Yes — every configuration has its own URL. Save the link, share it with a friend, or email it to the bay. We can pick it up from there.

It is an estimate. The total locks when the bay confirms feasibility — usually within 48h of submission. You only pay once it's locked.
